The Mind, Body, and Spirit Connection...

the Mind and Spirit Will Follow

"Do you not know that your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit, who is in you, whom you have received from God? You are not your own, you were bought at a price. Therefore honor God with your body." [1 Corinthians. 6:19-20].

The body is too often ignored in the mind, body, and spirit connection. We know the need for a healthy mind and spirit. However, few people realize how poor health stewardship will drag down the mind and spirit. Think about how you feel mentally when you are bed ridden with something minor like the flu. Now think about how you feel when your body has more energy.

God did not design us to be inactive and eat man made foods, treat your body acording to Gods plan and your spirituality will deepen. Start with being a better steward of your health, and watch what happens.

You will have a new body and a new life.

Here’s how it works: Take an honest look at your health habits. If you are not eating natural foods; the one’s God put on the planet. And are not being physically active, you are not treating your body the way God designed it to be treated. Once you begin doing this you will have a mental and physical transformation.

The physical one is obvious. You will experience permanent weight loss and become stronger and healthier. The mental improvement is more subtle. You increase confidence. You have more self esteem. You will feel like you can acomplish any goal. A strong and healthy body will create a strong and healthy mind. Here’s why:

When you change poor health habits over to good ones, something amazing is happening. You are experiencing mental disipline. The emotions that govern instant gratification. These are the emotions that tell you to eat unhealthy foods and not be active. When you are in control of these emotions, you have created the discipline to accomplish what ever else you set your mind to!

Want to deepen your faith and increase your spirituality? Start with your body. Be grateful God has given you the opportunity to use your body the way He created it to be used. Strengthen your body with proper stewardship and your mind and spirit will follow.

Regardless of your age or personal circumstances, you can have a new body and life.

Only you can give yourself the gift of a new body and new life. Don't waste another day, become everything you were created to be.
